Emmanuel Christian Center is located in Ruckersville, Virginia. Founded by Bishop Michael V. Jackson, Sr. and the late First Lady Louise Jackson in 1996. ECC is a Bible believing, faith teaching ministry established on the un-compromised Word of God.
